On our first holidays as a family Part III

I am so sorry it took me forever to finish this post and finally finish it about our holidays - I'm sorry you probably don't wanna hear about it anymore, especially since we came back 2 weeks ago already... I have been working on a little project for my mum and grandma to thank them for receiving us there and squeezing in this tiny flat, as they didn't want us to pay for anything over there we thought a nice photo book with all the pictures from those holidays would be a present they'd love. But holy cow! It's taking forever!

Anyway, we took Chloe for the first time to the playground and actually got on some of those swings etc, and she loved it :)  It was adorable!! I can't wait to go more often and seeing her playing for real - The Olympic Park is opening in about a month, yeeeeaaaaaay!!!!! I can't wait!!!
Here are some pictures from our 2 last days.

Her first meal at the restaurant, she's been sooo good!! She is such a perfect well behaved little girl wherever we go, fingers crossed she'll stay like that :)

Such a cutie smile to her Grandma <3

On our first holidays as a family Part II

Hi everyone! We are back with a new post with our pictures from our holidays and a bit more of our adventures :)

That little girl adores her daddy. And gosh I love them both

Doesn't she look so happy on the beach? :)

So here she is, our baby girl, going on the sea for the very first time. Apparently some are scared? Well, she was not at all!! We kind of had a hint of how much she loves water with her bath, but I mean, sea is not a bath! And that could get a bit scary with all the waves, the fact that the water is much colder etc... But not her! She was even very happy as you can see. One of our last days I even sat her down in the water and she loooooved it!! We then went a bit further down in the sea and put more of her body in the water and she really enjoyed it. Sadly, we don't have any pictures or videos as we went just the 3 of them to the beach and as I went first by myself those were she was sitting could not happen. I then asked kindly to someone on the beach near us if he could keep an eye on our staff, but same thing, we were all in the water so I didn't wanna risk my camera...
Anyway, I can't wait to start our Water Babies classes in September, I am sure that she is gonna love it and have so much fun :)  I'll make sure to let you more about it once we've started ;)

V and I went to spend a day to Nice. I've never been there before and it totally worth the price from Mandelieu or simply to visit, it is so pretty!! We also went to Monaco as our train tickets allowed us to travel the whole day anywhere in the region. I haven't put any pictures from on my computer yet as I needed to use my phone - no more battery in my camera exactly when we came out of the train :( - but it is MA-GNI-FICIENT!!! We completely fell in love with it!! The view, the city, the people - for what we've seen in about half hour to an hour xD  We now just need to get extremely rich and famous to get our holiday house there as I think V would rather have it there than anywhere else in South of France - from what he's seen for now.

Those pictures where taken during a visit of castle on the La Napoule's beach - my favourite one by far in my grandma's area. The view from the castle's garden, and it's gardens are sooo pretty!! And it actually was the day we've sat Chloe in the sea xD

Having a picture of the 3 of us is actually quite rare and difficult..

And that's what that young lady was doing while V and I were visiting: enjoying some time with her grandma and Boushka (my grandma) :) Going to the park, having walks, going shopping or just chilling in my grandma's appartment.

On our first holidays as a family Part I

Hello everyone! I hope you are all alright :)
We just came back 2 days ago from our trip to South of France which was FAN-TAS-TIC! I am apologising for those who don't really wanna see all our photos but I may over post with pictures xD Hey after all going from more than 400 pictures to almost 40 is not that bad, is it? However, I'm going to post them with different posts over the week, otherwise you would over scroll to look at the pictures and it would be no fun ^^

Here she was, our perfect little angel sleeping almost the whole time during her first flight. We woke her up at 3 am - poor thing, I felt terrible going in her bedroom and taking her out of her comfy bed to go out take a cab - and she didn't even cry once. Well maybe she did, but only half hour before our plane took off as banged her head - poor thing again :( - on the table in the cafe where we sipped our coffees as quickly as we could to then run to the boarding. Anyway, the ear thingy didn't bother her at all once again, we even had the impression it made her laugh sometimes.

We arrived to a very sunny and warm Nice, how lovely! It felt so nice to have a bit of sun and warmth! And we were so happy to see my Grandma and my Mom!! I don't know how I did it as I didn't even have a nap during the day and was awake since 1 or 2 in the morning..

In the afternoon we went down the river next to my Grandma's flat, right until the beach, yeeeaaay!!

Look at that cutie pie, she woke up on the beach from her nap and was sooo happy :)  Apparently some kids/babies are scared of beach/sea at first. But not this one :)

Also, she adores standing on her feet!

The day after we arrived, V and I took off to Grasse - by bus, which took foreeeever!! I really do need to get my license!! Even though it was a bit more cloudy, raining when we left, it was a lovely day! Such a pretty city! - Don't worry there will have some landscape pictures, only in an other post during the week ;) .

I love this face <3

V never can believe how tiny normal coffees are in France haha ^^  So obviously we needed to have pictures with those. They were delicious though.

On our bank holiday week end last week :)

Last week end was a long bank holiday week end in UK. It also was Mother's Day in France - yep I kinda get 2 Mother's Day muhahaha, even though we celebrate it mostly for the UK one. And even though it didn't last, it also was a warmer, sunny and so nice weather within the week end. So on Sunday we went to the park, my favourite park by far in London, Kensington Gardens. I wanted to take Chloe and V to the Diana Memorial Playground and make Chloe try the swings, unfortunately the queue to get in was for at least 40 minutes. Even though it is a nice playground I thought it didn't worth it with an almost 7 months old baby girl, we wouldn't have stay that long anyway. Instead we walked a bit around the park and stop for a little while which was so lovely! Then we went down the street where I used to live while I was an au pair, until the museums and took the tube back home after grabbing a Starbucks. We went back there on Monday to have a Museums day, an hour in V&A - my favourite museum in London - and Natural History Museum. That was a perfect week end for me :)  And we even got to be with Papa for a bit longer than usually :p
Looking forward to our holidays to South of France in a couple of days!

Here are some pictures if you wanna see :)

Those little chubby hands are just the most adorable ones ever. I'm totally addicted to those and her feet :p

Like mama like daughter haha :p

Pictures in mirrors are the only way for us to have a picture all together when we are out of the flat.
Ps. V&A toilets in the cafe look so posh and vintage, I love them!

Tomorrow we are heading to South of France. Hopefully we'll have some sun and warm weather. Because the weather in London has been quite pathetic and a real despair to me lately! Seriously, it's supposed to be spring and it's almost as cold as this winter... Also, tomorrow will be Chloe's first time in a plane. I'll let you know how it went ;)

Have a lovely week :)
